Local client in Marysville, Ohio is seeking an HRIS Functional Analyst to perform the following duties.

- A member of the HRIS team supporting activities such as documenting specification requirements and testing conversions and interfaces, managing the development of process documentation and training materials, having full ownership of HRIS application functional setup of systems and integration testing while identifying approaches to address complex issues that arise.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- 5-7 years experience in HRIS
- 2-3 years experience with Success Factors highly desired. Specific experience with SF Employee Central and Learning implementations highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of HR information systems and practices, database elements, relational databases and query concepts/report writing skills.
- Experience in performing software unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Strong requirements analysis skills
- Strong understanding of work flow and business processes associated with HR functions
- Experience managing various system interfaces
